As we all cope with the current pandemic, social distancing, and potential shelter-in-place mandates, the team at Apex Engineering wants to let you know that we have the technology, staff, and commitment to maintaining business operation to as close to normal as possible.
Whether working remotely or in the office, our staff has access to email, our project servers, and voicemail. If you call our office and we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail for the person you are trying to reach, and we’ll work to pass that message along accordingly. However, we are recommending email as the best form of communication where possible. The team at Apex Engineering remains committed to continue providing our best to work as a design team partner with you on your projects.

Apex staff have the capabilities to work from home if working from the office is unavailable. Please be assured that working remotely is both well-supported and effective within our firm. If you would like to reach our staff, please use email and cell phones as a first line of communication. We will also check voicemail periodically. Apex has various resources to coordinate conference calls, web-based meetings and screen- sharing to maintain the flow of project communications.

When in the office, staff densities are low, social distancing protocols are in place, and we are working to maintain a healthy environment for office-related tasks, therefore we cannot offer in-office meetings at this time.

Our fieldwork is often performed outdoors with limited contact with other people. Apex is integrating current health and safety practices regarding the COVID-19 virus into our field protocols and will continue to conduct field work that can be completed in a manner that complies with health policies as they evolve. Fieldwork will continue as long as supporting institutions (e.g. labs, hotels, etc.) continue to function.
