Mr. Ching has over 16 years of business and project management experience, providing Clients with cost efficient engineering designs and maintaining effective communication with public agencies and the construction community through to project completion. |

Mr. Kirkebo is a Land Planner and Project Manager with expertise in obtaining complex land use entitlements covering a range of project permit applications. Mr. Kirkebo strives to be familiar with current and future development regulations as they govern and influence land development projects. Mr. Kirkebo also maintains a focus on project representation through the quasi-judicial and legislative processes. |

Mr. Sherwin has over 13 years experience in land surveying and civil engineering design, specializing in storm drainage, roadways, grading and erosion control designs for commercial and residential developments. |

Mr. Swindaman has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of land, route, control, design and construction surveying. Ken's responsibilities include supervising in-house and field personnel, meeting budget and schedule requirements, providing quality control of all production work and providing project management for all major survey projects. |
